By booking any sessions with Flowy Aerial Studio (referred to as Flowrial Studio below) and entering our studio space, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

To ensure everyone’s safety, the studio is monitored by security cameras. Your voice and image may be recorded while in the space.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

General

• All sections must be booked in advance.

• Schedule may change or be cancelled without prior notice.

• All schedule are stated in Melbourne (AEST/AEDT) timezone.

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeited passes.

Classes

• Please check in with the instructor upon arrival.

• Classes are marked by level — please book only those that match your ability. Instructors are not able to adjust class plans for other levels.

• Please be respectful to our instructors and fellow students. At Flowrial Studio, we’re all about creating a kind, supportive space for everyone. If any behaviour disrupts that vibe, we may kindly ask the person to step out of the class.

• Late arrivals: You may be refused entry if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. The pass will be forfeited.

Practice Sessions

• Practice is self-guided and intended for experienced aerial students only.

• Please do not attempt skills beyond your level of ability.

• Please respect others using the space. Practice time is shared.

• Be kind — help each other if asked, within your own limits.

• Flowrial Studio is not responsible for any injuries incurred during self practice.

Intro Pack

• Intro Packs are available to new students only.

• Students who have previously attended self-practice sessions may still be eligible to purchase an Intro Pack. Please contact Flowy Aerial Studio directly to arrange this.

• Intro Packs are valid for booking Aerial casual classes (Hoop & Hammock) only and do not include self-practice sessions.

• intro Packs are limited to one purchase per person.

• Intro Packs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared between clients.

• Intro Packs are not extendable and cannot be exchanged, credited, or converted to any other pass type.

Safety & Privacy

• Students are responsible for managing their own injuries or health conditions (including pregnancy). Instructors may not be able to modify class content accordingly.

• Flowrial Studio is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

• In the case of accidents or injuries during class or practice, Flowrial Studio accepts no liability.

• Do not adjust or reinstall any aerial equipment unless you’ve been shown how or given permission.

• We understand accessories are part of your style, but we strongly recommend removing them before using any fabric-based equipment. If damage occurs, repair or replacement charges may apply.

• If any studio equipment, fixtures, or property are damaged due to misuse or negligence, Flowrial Studio reserves the right to seek compensation for repair or replacement costs.

• Covering or interfering with the studio’s security cameras, even unintentionally, goes against our safety policy. Please let us know if any adjustments are needed. Flowrial Studio reserves the right to follow up on any incidents.

Pricing, Payment & Passes

• All prices are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) include GST.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

• Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not shareable. Anyone found sharing their pass will be denied entry.

• No extensions will be granted.

Pass Validity

Aerial Term Passes:

• Valid for the current 8-week term only, regardless of purchase date.

• Valid for booking Aerial Flow and Tech classes (Hoop & Hammock) only.

• A minimum of 25 casual-accessible classes will be provided per term.

Aerial Casual Passes:

• Valid for the stated validity period from the date of purchase.

• Valid for booking Aerial Flow and Tech classes (Hoop & Hammock) only.

• Not restricted by term dates and may be used across multiple terms within the validity period.

• In the event that a scheduled term break falls within the validity period, clients may contact Flowy Aerial Studio to request a reasonable extension. Extensions are granted at the sole discretion of Flowy Aerial Studio.
  

Practice Passes:

• Valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.

• In the event that a scheduled term break falls within the validity period, clients may contact Flowy Aerial Studio to request a reasonable extension. Extensions are granted at the sole discretion of Flowy Aerial Studio.

• Must be used within designated practice sessions.

• Valid for self-practice sessions only.

Intro Pack

• Valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.

• Valid for booking aerial casual classes (hoop & hammock) only.

• Intro passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not creditable (cannot be transferred, extended, or converted from other passes).

Workshop & Choreography Courses

• Payment for all workshops and choreography courses must be made in full at the time of purchase.

• Workshop and choreography bookings follow the same studio policies as regular classes unless otherwise stated.

Workshops

• Workshop passes are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person.

• Flowrial Studio is not responsible for organising or facilitating transfers.

• To transfer a workshop pass, you must notify us at least 72 hours before the workshop begins.

Choreography Courses

• Choreography course passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• We do not offer refunds or credits for changes of mind, injuries, or other personal circumstances once enrolled.
  

Studio Rental

• All studio rentals must be used for lawful purposes only. Any illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited.

• Rental timeframes are fixed and must be strictly adhered to. Hirers are required to vacate the premises on time. Additional charges may apply for any overtime use.

• The hirer assumes full responsibility for all activities, participants, and use of the studio during the rental period. Flowrial Studio will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or incident occurring during the rental time.

• Bookings must be made via Instagram DM, email (flowrialstudio@gmail.com), or other communication methods agreed upon by both parties.

• Any payments made prior to confirmation do not guarantee a booking. A booking is only confirmed once explicitly agreed by Flowrial Studio.

• Flowrial Studio accepts no responsibility for any incidents, damages, or losses occurring within the rental period.

Flowrial Studio reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. We also reserve the right to make the final decision on any matters not explicitly covered above.
