Discover strength in softness and stillness in spin. This class introduces you to the fundamentals of aerial hoop — mounts, shapes, spins, and short sequences.

We move above, below, and all around the hoop, learning to flow with control and breathe through effort. Over time, you’ll build your rhythm in the air, at your own pace.

No experience needed. Come hang, come play, come fly.

Aerial Hammock

If you’ve tried aerial yoga before, this might look familiar — but with a swivel, things get a whole lot more fun. In this class, we dance with the fabric and flow to music, learning short, choreographed sequences that last about a minute.

No experience needed — just a curious heart and a playful spirit.

Hoop Technique

Feel like your shape’s almost there but not quite? Can’t reach that one sweet spot in a spin? Sometimes, it’s not about strength — just a small adjustment can make all the difference.

This class focuses on fine-tuning: spin technique, alignment, body awareness, activation, and more. Each week features a different theme, based on common struggles and movement quality.

We’re not learning new tricks here — we’re refining what you already know. Recommended for students with previous hoop experience.

Choreography Course

This is a guided 8-week journey into musicality, movement quality, and expression on the hoop. Across 7 weeks, you’ll learn and refine a full routine — focusing on details, transitions, timing, and flow. In the final week, we hold a casual showcase — a chance for you to record your progress, celebrate the work you’ve put in, and see how far you’ve come.

Self Practices
